Acceptance of these terms
By accessing hammer.fizyonops.com, requesting preview access, using an approved-user dashboard, redeeming a product token, or downloading a build we make available to you, you agree to these terms.
Scope of service
Kube Hammer is a desktop Kubernetes IDE and related product-service surface. Availability of preview builds, dashboards, invites, downloads, and paid features may change over time as the product evolves.
Accounts, tokens, and access links
- You are responsible for protecting access emails, invite tokens, and download links issued to you.
- You must not share private access credentials outside the permissions granted to your account.
- We may revoke, rotate, or disable access tokens where misuse, security risk, or policy violations are detected.
Acceptable use
- You must not use the service to violate law, interfere with infrastructure, bypass entitlements, or abuse preview access systems.
- You must not attempt to scrape, exfiltrate, reverse engineer protected licensing flows, or use the platform to distribute malicious content.
- You remain responsible for how you use the desktop product within your own infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
Paid plans and billing
Paid licenses, subscriptions, and related services may be offered under separate commercial terms, invoices, or provider-managed checkout flows. Your entitlement level depends on successful payment and the plan assigned to your account or organization.
Intellectual property
Kube Hammer, associated branding, product UI, licensing workflows, and related service materials remain the property of Fizyonops or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including preview programs, invite systems, or dashboard functionality. We may also suspend access where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation
Preview functionality may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to operational limits. Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Fizyonops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
