Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of figments.live and the Figments embed widget. By creating a feed or loading our script on your site, you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with
The Figments service is operated by Fizyonops Yazilim Limited Sirketi. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Figments” mean Fizyonops Yazilim Limited Sirketi, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract for the subscription itself is with Paddle, and Paddle’s own terms apply to that transaction alongside these terms.
2. What the service does
Figments fetches publicly available profile information and recent posts from a social account you nominate — currently Instagram or YouTube — caches that content on our servers, and renders it inside a widget on a website of your choosing via a script tag.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, YouTube or Google. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to say which platforms we can read from.
3. Feeds and manage keys
Figments has no user accounts. When you create a feed you receive a public slug and a secret manage key. The manage key is the only credential that can edit or delete that feed, or reach its billing controls.
- Anyone holding a feed's manage key can change or delete that feed. Store it as you would a password.
- We cannot recover a lost manage key — we do not hold any other proof that a feed is yours.
- You are responsible for everything done with your manage key, whether or not you did it.
4. Your content and your right to use it
You may only point a feed at an account you own or are authorised to republish. By creating a feed you confirm you have the rights needed to display that content on the website where you embed it, and you grant us permission to fetch, cache, resize and serve it for the sole purpose of rendering your widget.
We do not claim ownership of your content. You keep every right you had in it. We remove cached content when you delete the feed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Display content you do not have the right to publish, or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors.
- Use Figments to circumvent a platform's own restrictions, rate limits, or a rights holder's stated wishes.
- Attempt to access feeds, manage keys, or data belonging to anyone else.
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service — including automated request volumes far beyond normal widget traffic.
- Resell, white-label, or redistribute the service as your own without our written agreement.
We may suspend or remove a feed that breaches this section, and will try to tell you why when we do.
6. Plans, limits and changes
The Free plan and the Pro plan differ in the layouts, post counts, branding and custom CSS available; the current limits are shown on our pricing section and enforced by the service.
If a Pro subscription ends, the feed reverts to the Free plan and any Pro-only styling — extra layouts, higher post counts, custom CSS — stops being applied. The feed itself keeps working.
We may change plan features or prices. For an existing paid subscription we will give you reasonable notice before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
7. Availability and third-party platforms
Figments depends on platforms we do not control. Instagram and YouTube can change, rate limit, or block access to their data at any time, and content can become unavailable for reasons that have nothing to do with us — a post deleted, an account made private, or a region block.
We aim to keep the service running and cache content so a temporary upstream failure does not blank your widget, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we offer no uptime guarantee on any plan.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Figments at any time by removing the embed script and deleting your feed. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first through the billing portal — see the Refund Policy for what happens to the remainder of a paid period.
We may end this agreement and remove your feed if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give notice and refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice before it applies to you; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, and its courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
