Refund Policy
Figments Pro is $3 a month with no contract. Cancel whenever you like, and if the product did not do what you expected, ask us for the money back.

1. The 14-day guarantee
If you are not happy with Figments Pro, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request, and there is nothing to negotiate.
This applies to your first payment and to any renewal — if a renewal caught you by surprise because you forgot to cancel, that is exactly the case this is meant to cover.
2. Try before you pay
The Free plan runs indefinitely with no card required, and the dashboard shows a live preview of your feed before you subscribe. We would rather you confirmed Figments works on your site first than paid and asked for it back.
3. Cancelling
Cancel from the dashboard: open the feed’s billing controls and choose Cancel subscription. That takes you to Paddle’s billing portal, which is also reachable from the receipt Paddle emails you after every payment.
- Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not, by itself, refund the payment you already made.
- Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- When the period ends, the feed drops to the Free plan. It keeps working — it just loses the Pro-only layouts, the higher post count and custom CSS.
- Nothing is deleted by cancelling. Your feed, its slug and your embed code all stay as they are.
4. Refunds outside the 14 days
After 14 days we do not routinely refund an unused part of a month, because cancelling already stops the next charge and you keep Pro for the rest of the period you paid for.
We will still refund, on request, when:
- You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
- The service was materially broken for a meaningful part of the period and we could not fix it.
- We discontinue the service or remove a feature you were paying for — in that case the unused portion is refunded without you asking.
- Somebody paid on your card without your permission.
If your situation is not on that list but you think a refund is fair, write to us anyway. It is a $3 subscription; we would rather refund it than argue about it.
5. How to ask
Email [email protected] with the feed slug and the date of the charge, or reply directly to the Paddle receipt. We aim to answer within two business days.
You can also raise a refund with Paddle directly, since Paddle is the merchant of record for the sale and appears on your card statement.
6. How a refund reaches you
Paddle processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Once Paddle sends it, arrival time is up to your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days, sometimes up to ten.
A refunded subscription ends immediately, and the feed returns to the Free plan at that point rather than at the end of the period.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing here reduces any right you have by law. Consumers in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within a set period; where that applies it applies in addition to the guarantee above, whichever is better for you.
8. Questions
Fizyonops Yazilim Limited Sirketi handles refund requests directly — write to [email protected]. For what happens to your feed and data after cancelling, see the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
