Kube Hammer is designed as a local-first desktop product. Your kubeconfig, cluster credentials, pod logs, and shell sessions are not uploaded to Fizyonops by default.
What information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate preview access, licensing, billing, support, and product communications.
- Identity and contact details such as name, company, role, and email address.
- Preview access preferences such as requested platform, demo interest, and invite status.
- Account and licensing data such as access tokens, download authorization, purchase state, and subscription status.
- Operational and support metadata such as request timestamps, IP address, browser information, and audit events needed to protect the service.
Why we use your information
- To manage waitlist submissions, preview invitations, access approvals, and download eligibility.
- To deliver account emails including confirmation, invite, approval, and purchase-related messages.
- To operate billing, licensing, fraud prevention, and service security workflows.
- To answer support requests and improve onboarding, product delivery, and access operations.
Preview access, invites, and approved-user flows
When you request preview access or receive an invite, we store the information necessary to issue and validate your access token, control the platforms you can download, and manage invite limits.
Approved-user links and invite links are security-sensitive credentials. We log validation events and token activity to prevent misuse, protect active download links, and preserve a clear access audit trail.
Payments and licensing
Paid plans may involve external payment providers and licensing systems. We receive the minimum billing and transaction information needed to confirm payment, grant entitlements, support refunds, and maintain subscription state. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored directly by Kube Hammer.
Retention and security
- We retain records only as long as needed for access management, billing, legal compliance, support, and security.
- We use access controls, audit logging, tokenized links, and infrastructure protections appropriate to the product workflows we operate.
- We may preserve logs longer where necessary to investigate abuse, payment disputes, or security incidents.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion for personal information associated with product-side accounts by contacting [email protected].
If you no longer want preview-access or product update emails, contact us from the same email address used for your request, or use the unsubscribe path included in operational emails where available.
